From the main beach you can admire its colorful buildings and its yellow-domed cathedral. Get lost in the narrow cobbled streets, where you can sample seafood tapas and soak up the city’s history. Cinque Terre, Italy

Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore, the “five lands” (or rather five villages) of the Italian Riviera, flow into the Mediterranean from the cliffs of Liguria.
